1367.09 SIGNS ALLOWED IN THE OC DISTRICT.
   Signs within this district shall be limited to those which: direct, explain, interpret or regulate facilities, uses and activities permitted upon OC zoned lands.
   (a)   Permanent ground signs shall be allowed in the OC district as follows:
      (1)   Ground sign(s) shall not exceed two signs.
      (2)   Ground sign(s) shall not exceed thirty-two (32) square feet in size face area.
      (3)   Ground sign(s) shall not exceed eight (8') feet in height.
      (4)   Directional signs within the grounds of the site shall be allowed provided they are no greater than four (4') feet in height and not greater than four (4") square feet of sign face.
   (b)   Permanent wall signs shall be allowed in the OC district as follows:
      (1)   There is no restriction on the number of wall signs reasonably necessary to adequately identify buildings and related facilities.
      (2)   Wall sign(s) shall not exceed twelve (12) square feet in sign area.
      (3)   The aggregate area of signs on any single building shall not exceed thirty-six (36) square feet.
   (c)   Temporary signs may be allowed in the OC district in accordance with Section 1367.08 .
   (d)   Each sign may be externally illuminated with white light. No temporary sign may be illuminated.
   (e)   All permanent signs require a permit.
