1367.06 PERMITTED SIGN STANDARDS.
   In addition to any other requirement that may be contained within this article, the following standards and requirements shall apply to all allowed signs:
   (a)   Ground signs shall not be allowed on any lot with less than fifty (50) feet of frontage on a public right of way.
   (b)   Projecting signs shall be mounted or installed a minimum of nine (9) feet in height above the ground and shall not exceed fifteen (15) feet in height above the ground.
   (c)   A wall sign shall not extend more than twelve (12) inches from the wall on the building on which it is mounted, shall not extend above the top of the wall to which it is attached, shall not extend beyond the limits of any wall to which it is attached and shall have hidden structural supports.
   (d)   Awning signs may be used in lieu of, but not in addition to, wall signs for an individual establishment. If illuminated, such awning sign shall have lighting concealed from view.
