It is the intent of this ordinance to ensure that each development provide off street parking in amounts sufficient to meet the anticipated parking demand. The Council recognizes, however, that physical limitations of properties in the CC District may prohibit strict compliance with established parking requirements. Therefore, required parking within the CC District shall be determined during Site Plan Review and approved by the City Council based upon the characteristics of the specific site and the availability of nearby on-or- off street public parking.
