1325.02 PARKS; PURPOSE AND STANDARDS.
   (a)    The purpose of the park is to provide adequate, active recreational area to serve the residents of    the immediate surrounding neighborhood within the development.
   (b)   Each development is encouraged to provide within the park the type of recreational facilities that are most likely to be suited to any use by the age bracket of persons likely to reside within the development.
   (c)   Parks shall be attractively landscaped and shall be provided with sufficient man made or natural screening to minimize any negative impacts upon adjacent residences.
   (d)    Each park shall be centrally located and easily accessible so it can be safely and conveniently reached and used by those persons in the surrounding development it is intended to serve.
   (e)   Each park shall be constructed on land that is relatively flat, dry and capable of serving the purpose intended by this article.
