(a) The Planning Commission shall approve or disapprove of the preliminary plat.
(b) If the preliminary plat is disapproved, the reasons for such action shall be stated in the official minutes of the Planning Commission meetings, and a copy transmitted to the applicant, and such disapproval shall reference those portions of these regulations, the Zoning Ordinance or policies of the City of Lewisburg which with the plat does not conform.
