(a) In all subdivisions the subdivider shall install water lines and fire hydrants in compliance with standard specifications prepared by the Department of Public Works and approved by the City Council, and they shall be subject to inspection and approval requirements as contained in said standard specifications.
(b) Individual wells, where permitted in the RR, Rural Residential Zone shall be approved by the Department of Public Works and the State Health Department.
