1309.06 SUBDIVISION DESIGN STANDARDS: SIDEWALKS.

(a) All residential subdivisions or portions thereof, except those subdivisions within the RR Rural Residential zones, shall have installed in them sidewalks to serve each lot and parcel of land situated within the subdivision.

(b) No plat shall receive the approval of either the Planning Commission or City Council unless provisions for the installation of sidewalks are part of said plat.
