The City Treasurer shall make or cause to be made a complete list of the names and addresses of all owners of buildings situated within the City. The list will show the square footage of each commercial, industrial, governmental, or other building except for residential buildings, and the associated fee. (Ord. 279. Passed 4-6-19.)
