1355.01 PURPOSE.

It is the intent of the Planned Unit Development District to promote innovation and creativity for specifically designed and detailed Planned Unit Development. It is also the intent to promote the efficient uses of land through well-planned development. A Planned Unit Development shall be a mixed-use development. The mixed-use development shall include significant amounts of commercial and residential uses.
