1335.01 DISTRICTS ESTABLISHED.

(a) For the purpose of this ordinance, the City of Lewisburg is hereby divided into the following zoning districts:

(1) OC: Open Space and Conservation District

(2) R1: Low Density Residential District

(3) R2: Multi-Family Residential District

(4) OR: Office Residential District

(5) EI: Educational and Institutional District

(6) CC: Community Center District

(7) C1: Neighborhood Commercial District

(8) C2: General Commercial District

(9) I1: Industrial District

(10) PUD: Planned Unit Development District

(11) SO: Scenic Overlay

(12) HO: Historic District Overlay
