Upon adoption of this ordinance by City Council, the City Treasurer shall forthwith send to the Tax Commissioner a certified copy of this ordinance, the rate and the boundary database required by Section 750.10 of this article, along with a description of the boundaries of the City, and such other information as the Tax Commissioner may need to administer, collect and enforce the taxes imposed by this Article.
