As used throughout this Charter, the term "resident of the City" shall mean a person having declared and maintain a primary residence located within the political boundaries of the City of Lewisburg and that occupies that residence for a majority of each calendar year, such that the West Virginia Department of Motor Vehicles and West Virginia Department of Tax and Revenue recognize that location as his/her legal residence.
