Pursuant to the directions of West Virginia Code 8-24-7, a designated representative of the Greenbrier County Planning Commission shall be an advisory member to the City Planning Commission; and at its first regular meeting in each year, the City Planning Commission shall designate one of its members as its representative to the Greenbrier County Planning Commission, such representative to serve as an advisory member of the Greenbrier County Planning Commission. Such advisory members shall have all of the privileges of membership of the respective commissions except the right to vote.
