(a) With respect to any religious organization, association, educational institution, or society, this ordinance does not apply to the employment of individuals whose primary duties consist of teaching or spreading doctrine or belief, religious governance, supervision of a religious order, supervision of persons teaching or spreading religious doctrine or belief, or supervision or participation in religious ritual or worship.
(b) This article does not prevent a religious organization, association, educational institution or society from restricting membership or access to any of its religious services or activities to those who are members of the same religion.
