Any person, firm or corporation, or agent of such, found guilty of constructing, altering, moving, demolishing, or repairing any landmark, or any building, structure or site within the Historic District where such changes are visible from a public way without having secured the approval of the Commission as required by this article shall be guilty of a misdemeanor and shall be subject to a fine of not more than fifty dollars ($50.00) and costs, and every day any such violation shall continue to exist shall constitute a separate offense and shall be punishable as such hereunder.
