1709.13 SECURITY OF WIRELESS TELECOMMUNICATIONS FACILITIES.

(a) All Antennas, Towers and other supporting structures, including guy anchor points and wires, shall be made inaccessible to individuals and constructed or shielded in such a manner that they cannot be climbed or collided with; and

(b) Transmitters and Telecommunications control points shall be installed in such a manner that they are readily accessible only persons authorized to operate or service them.
