(a) Any person who is violates any of the provisions of this article for which another penalty is not provided shall be guilty of a misdemeanor and, upon a first conviction thereof, be punished by a fine of not less than one hundred dollars ($100.00) nor more than one thousand dollars ($1,000).
(b) Each and every day during which any violation of the provisions of this article continues after knowledge or official notice that same is illegal is a separate offense.
