§ 33.040 REGULAR AND SPECIAL MEETINGS.

(A) The Planning Commission shall hold regular meetings at least once a month. The monthly meeting shall be canceled if there are no formal applications or items that need to be discussed or considered by the Commission.

(B) The Planning Commission may hold special meetings which shall be noticed per the Minnesota Open Meeting Law.
