The annual meeting of the Planning Commission shall be held on or before February 15 each year and shall be noticed per the Minnesota Open Meeting Law. During the annual meeting, the Commission shall select by majority vote the members thereof a chairperson and a vice-chairperson to serve for a term of one year or until their successors are elected.
