Stormwater utility fees shall constitute a lien against the property against which they are charged from the date they are due and until they are paid in full. Any stormwater utility fees in excess of 90 days past due on October 1 of any year may be certified to the county auditor for collection with real estate taxes in the following year pursuant to M.S. § 444.075, Subdivision 3. The city shall also have the right to bring a civil action and to pursue any other available legal remedies to collect unpaid fees.
