§ 32.01 ONE PERSON MAY HOLD TWO OR MORE OFFICES CONCURRENTLY.
   Except as may be provided otherwise by state law, the City Charter, this code or other ordinance, the City Council may designate any city officer to exercise the powers and perform the duties of one or more other city offices, temporarily or permanently, or to serve ex officio as one or more other city officers.
