§ 151.090 PERMITTED USES.
   (A)   The uses listed in § 151.050, above, shall be permitted uses.
   (B)   All other uses shall be subject to the floodway/flood fringe evaluation criteria pursuant to § 151.091, below. Sections 151.050 to 151.053, above, shall apply if the proposed use is in the Floodway District and §§ 151.070 through s151.074, above, shall apply if the proposed use is in the Flood Fringe District.
