§ 113.12 LIGHTING AND RESPONSIBILITY OF PERMIT HOLDER.
   Every public dancing place shall be brightly illuminated while in public use, and dancing therein while the lights are extinguished, dimmed or turned low so as to give imperfect illumination, is hereby prohibited. Persons to whom a permit has been issued shall be personally responsible for the condition of the lighting in the dance hall.
