§ 113.10 PROHIBITED HOURS.
   No public dance shall be held or conducted between the hours of 1:00 a.m. and 6:00 a.m. of any day; provided, that no public dance shall be held or conducted on Sunday during the hours preceding 12:00 p.m. thereof.
