§ 113.07 NO REFUND OF FEE WHEN PERMIT REVOKED; PERMIT NOT TRANSFERABLE OR ASSIGNABLE.
   In the event of revocation of a permit or transfer of ownership of the dance hall or at any time after the approval of the permit, there shall be no refunding or assignment of license fees to the city paid. No permit issued under this chapter shall be transferable or assignable.
