§ 113.03 AUTHORITY OF CITY COUNCIL TO ISSUE PERMIT; DURATION OF PERMIT.
   The City Council may issue permits for public dances upon proper application therefor. The permits may be issued for one or more public dances or for a period of time not exceeding one year upon approval of the application for the permit and for payment of the permit fee hereinafter specified.
