§ 111.076 SALES TO PERSONS UNDER THE AGE OF 21 YEARS AND OTHERS AFTER NOTICE.
   It shall be unlawful for any person, other than a licensed pharmacist when filling a prescription so to do, to sell alcoholic beverages to a person under the age of 21 years, habitual drunkard or person under guardianship, after written notice by a parent, husband, wife, child, guardian, master or employer of the person being under the age of 21 years.
