§ 111.045 RESTRICTION OF SALES BY CLUBS AND VETERANS ORGANIZATIONS.
   On-sale licenses issued to clubs and veterans organizations under this subchapter shall permit the licensee to sell intoxicating liquors only to members and bona fide guests.
