§ 111.044 LIQUOR EXEMPTION; OFF-SALE.

Any person licensed to sell intoxicating liquor at off-sale shall not be required to obtain an off-sale non-intoxicating license under this subchapter and may sell non-intoxicating malt beverage at off-sale without further license.
