The City Clerk shall, within ten days after the granting of any on-sale or Sunday license under this subchapter, submit to the Liquor Control Director the full name and address of the licensee, his or her trade name, the effective date of the license and the expiration date thereof. Thereafter, the City Clerk shall notify the Liquor Control Director of any change of address of the licensee or the transfer of stock, suspension, cancellation or revocation of the license.
