§ 111.038 SUSPENSION AND REVOCATION OF LICENSES.
Licenses for on-sale or off-sale or both, of alcoholic beverages issued to any person who the City Council finds has failed to comply with any applicable statute, regulation or ordinance relating to alcoholic beverages may either be suspended, for not to exceed 60 days, or revoked. No suspension or revocation shall take effect until the licensee shall have been afforded an opportunity for a hearing pursuant to M.S. §§ 14.57 to 14.69, as they may be amended from time to time. The licensee shall be presumed to have waived the hearing if demand for the hearing is not made to the City Clerk in writing within ten days after the licensee is notified that the city intends to suspend or revoke the license.
