(A) Every person desiring a city license under this subchapter shall file with the City Clerk a verified written application in the form to be prescribed by the Liquor Control Director, with additional information as the City Council shall require.
(B) Any person who shall make any false statements or who shall withhold the truth with reference to any question in an application for license as herein provided or shall deceive or attempt to deceive the City Council or any city official or police officer in connection with any application for license or the conduct or operation of business thereunder shall be guilty of a violation of this section.
