§ 110.29 CIRCUSES, MENAGERIES, CARNIVALS, SHOWS, CONCERTS AND THE LIKE.
   (A)   No person shall conduct, operate or present within the city any circus, menagerie, carnival, sleight of hand performance, lecture, side show or any other show or exhibition of any kind or nature whatsoever to which an admission or participation fee may be charged or which is otherwise conducted, operated or presented for profit without first having obtained from the City Clerk a license therefor.
   (B)   The license fee for each of the foregoing activities shall be in an amount as the City Council may determine from time to time by resolution; and the City Council may require the bond therefor as it deems appropriate.
