Each licensee shall post and maintain his or her license in a conspicuous place upon or within the premises thereby licensed, and each licensee having no fixed place of business or who conducts business while traveling from place to place shall carry his or her license with him or her at all times while seeking or transacting business pursuant thereto and shall display it upon request to any customer, police officer or other person concerned therewith.
