§ 95.12 WILLFULLY INSULTING, HARASSING OR INTERFERING WITH LAWFUL PARADERS OR DEMONSTRATORS PROHIBITED.

It shall be unlawful for any person to willfully insult, harass or interfere with any parader or demonstrator lawfully parading or demonstrating pursuant to a permit issued under the provisions of this chapter.
