§ 54.38 INSPECTOR AND ASSISTANTS PROHIBITED TO ENGAGE OR TO HAVE FINANCIAL INTEREST IN ELECTRICAL BUSINESS.
   It shall be unlawful for the Electrical Inspector or any of his or her assistants to engage in the business of the sale, installation or maintenance of electrical equipment, either directly or indirectly, and they shall have no financial interest in any concern engaged in business in this city at any time while holding office.
