§ 54.20 RATES ESTABLISHED AS PRESCRIBED IN THIS SUBCHAPTER.

(A) Patrons and users of all utilities furnished by the municipal utilities shall pay for the utilities at rates established from time to time by resolution of the City Council.

(B) Rules and administrative procedures for the application of the rates shall be established from time to time by resolution of the City Council.
