§ 54.05 NOTICE AND TURN-OFF FEE PRIOR TO DISCONTINUANCE OF SERVICE.
   Electricity customers desiring to discontinue city electricity services shall give written notice to the City Clerk at least ten days in advance of the desired cut off date; and no abatement of electricity charges shall be allowed by reason of removal from premises, disuse or diminished use or electricity or vacancy of premises unless notice be given accompanied by a payment established from time to time by resolution of the City Council for turning off the electricity.
