§ 54.04 CUSTOMERS NOT TO SUPPLY ELECTRICITY TO OTHERS EXCEPT BY CITY PERMISSION.

No customer shall supply city electricity to other persons nor suffer them to take the electricity by connection to any wire or outlet on his or her premises without permission from the Superintendent of Municipal Utilities.
