After completing any attachment or connection, under this chapter, the plumber doing the work shall make contact with the City Administrator or designee to schedule an inspection of the connection. The connection must follow the "Water Connection Standard Specification" adopted by City Council. Only after the connection inspection may the site be restored to prior conditions. After restoration of the site is completed, the plumber doing the work shall make contact with the City Administrator or designee to schedule a final inspection for final acceptance of the water connection. The water shall not be turned on to any premises until final acceptance by the city.
