§ 52.03 CONNECTION TO CITY WATER SYSTEM FOR FIRE PURPOSES ONLY.
   Proprietors of lumber yards, manufactories, halls, stores, elevators, warehouses, hotels or public buildings who are regular customers for city water, who desire to lay large pipes with hydrants and hose couplings to be used only in case of fire, may be permitted to connect with the street main at their own expense, upon application to the City Council and under city direction, and may be allowed the use of water for fire purposes only, free of charge.
