§ 33.065 DISPATCH OF POLICE OFFICERS TO FIRES, DISORDERS AND THE LIKE.
   The Chief of Police shall establish and maintain a standing operating procedure whereby police officers, sufficient in numbers for the purposes required in any case, shall automatically be dispatched to the scene of any fire, explosion, riot, unlawful assembly or other disorder, activity or condition at which the presence of police officers is then and there in the best interests of the public.
