§ 33.064 RULES AND REGULATIONS.
   The City Administrator, in consultation with the Chief of Police, shall prepare rules and regulations not inconsistent with state law, the Charter, this code or other ordinance for the government of the Police Department. The rules and regulations, which may be amended from time to time, when approved by resolution of the City Council and placed on file in the office of the City Clerk, and where a true copy thereof has been placed on file at Police Department headquarters for inspection and use by all members of the Police Department, shall be binding upon all members of the Police Department, and it shall be unlawful for any member to violate or fail to comply with any rule or regulation.
