§ 71.01 PROHIBITED PARKING AREAS.
   It shall be unlawful to park a vehicle in any yard that abuts a street. It shall be unlawful to park a vehicle over any part of a sidewalk or curb including the part of the sidewalk that is part of or crosses a driveway.
