(A) Any person violating any provision of this chapter for which no specific penalty is prescribed shall be subject to § 10.99 of this code of ordinances.
(B) Whoever violates §§ 70.01 through 70.04, upon conviction thereof, shall be fined not more than $100 plus any additional fines and fees as imposed by the governing court.
(C) Any person operating a vehicle in violation of §§ 70.15 through 70.21 shall be subject to a fine of not more than $500 for each violation.
