Information furnished or secured pursuant to this Chapter, the disclosure of which would result in unfair competitive disadvantage to the person supplying such information, shall be deemed confidential in character, and shall not be subject to public inspection and shall be kept so that the contents thereof shall not become known except to the persons charged with the administration and enforcement of this Chapter. No officer or deputy officer or employee shall in any manner reveal the contents of any part or portion of the contents of any confidential information except in a legal action to enforce the provision of this Chapter or pursuant to a court order.
