Regulations regarding the use of public streets, alleys, parks and other public areas shall be established by resolution of the City Council and upon posting thereof on said property.
Any person violating any of the provisions of this Section shall be guilty of an infraction and shall be punishable as set forth in sections 19c and 19d of the Penal Code of the State of California. (Ord. 7707, 9-20-77)
