Whenever the city disapproves an application or refuses to grant a permit applied for, or when it is claimed that the provisions of this code do not apply or that the true intent and meaning of this code have been misconstrued or wrongly interpreted, the applicant may appeal from the decision of the city to the Lemoore city council within thirty (30) days from the date of the decision appealed. The appeal shall be in writing and shall be filed with the city manager and shall be heard at the next regular meeting of the city council. The determination of the city council upon such appeal shall be conclusive and final. (Ord. 2016-11, 9-20-2016)
