3-8-6: VIOLATION AND PENALTIES:
Any person violating any of the provisions of this chapter shall be guilty of an infraction and shall be punishable as set forth in sections 19(c) and 19(d) of the Penal Code of the state of California. (1975 Code §5-3.07)
