A. The above sections shall not apply to sales of personal property made under court order or process.
B. In the case of churches, public schools, fraternal organizations and other nonprofit entities, sales for charitable purposes may be conducted in other than single-family residential zones upon issuance of a permit. (1975 Code §5-3.06)
